Taylor’s University Impact Lab Food Survey

We had the pleasure of engaging with the community at Flat Sri Kota for a meaningful food survey session, where 25 participants got to taste and share their feedback on our latest sustainable product — Okara Bread!

Made from soy pulp (a byproduct of tofu and soy milk production), Okara Bread is our step towards reducing food waste while promoting healthier and affordable food options. The feedback we received was incredibly valuable and will help us improve and scale this initiative further.
